Laughing lowers stress by reducing four hormones associated with stress response. They are cortisol, dopac, growth hormone, and epinephrine. It also increases the level of health-enhancing hormones like endorphins. Laughter increases the number of antibody-producing cells which means a stronger immune system.
Remember to try to find humor in difficult and frustrating situations. Laughing at ourselves helps us not to sweat the small stuff and it just feels good. Laughter also helps our muscles relax. After our muscles tighten from a great belly laugh they then relax more than they were prior to the laughing. So laugh yourself to tears and be brave enough to laugh at yourself, it will improve your health and possibly decrease hair loss.
